In an enchanted castle, surrounded by tall trees and bright flowers, lived a small dragon named Eric. Although he was very friendly and everyone in the forest loved him, Eric had a problem: he didn’t know how to breathe fire like the other dragons! The older dragons said that breathing fire was the most important thing in the world, but no matter how hard Eric blew, only fresh air came out of his mouth.
“Why can’t I do it like the others?” Eric wondered sadly as he watched other dragons shoot huge flames into the sky.
One day, tired of feeling different, Eric decided to go explore the forest to distract himself. He walked among the trees, listening to the birds singing and the crunch of leaves under his paws. Suddenly, something curious happened. While running after a butterfly, Eric opened his mouth to blow hard, but instead of air or fire… out came a huge, shiny bubble!
The bubble floated through the air, reflecting all the colors of the rainbow. Eric stared at it with wide-open eyes, surprised. Soon, more bubbles began to come out of his mouth, one after another, each prettier than the last. Some were small, others giant, and all of them seemed to have magic inside.
Just then, a nearby rabbit started laughing loudly.
“How funny is this!” said the rabbit, hopping with joy as he caught the bubbles.
Soon, more animals from the forest came to see what was happening. A fox, a deer, and even a family of squirrels joined in to play with Eric’s magical bubbles. The bubbles tickled when they touched the animals’ noses, and everyone laughed nonstop. It was as if the bubbles knew exactly how to make everyone happy.
Eric couldn’t believe it. He had never made anyone laugh so much before! He felt very happy seeing how his bubbles brought joy to others.
“Your bubbles are incredible,” said the fox, giving him a friendly tap with his tail. “Will you teach us how to make them?”
“I don’t think you can,” replied Eric, laughing. “Only I can make them. I think it’s my special talent.”
From that day on, the forest animals began inviting Eric to all their games. They raced, searched for hidden treasures, and organized parties where Eric was always the guest of honor. His bubbles turned any boring moment into a great adventure full of laughter.
One day, the animals decided to organize a big celebration in honor of Eric. They decorated the clearing in the forest with flowers and hung colorful banners. When it was time for the toast, the rabbit stood up and said:
“We want to thank Eric for teaching us that being different isn’t bad. He has shown us that everyone has something special to offer. And thanks to him, we now have the best parties in the forest.”
Eric blushed with excitement and wagged his tail happily. For the first time, he realized that he didn’t need to be like the other dragons. His talent for creating magical bubbles was unique, and that made him special.
On his way back to the castle, Eric saw the older dragons practicing their flames. Instead of feeling sad, he excitedly told them about his adventure in the forest and showed them his magical bubbles. To his surprise, the dragons also laughed and applauded.
“What luck you have, Eric!” said one of them. “Not just anyone can do something as fun as that.”
From then on, Eric stopped worrying about not being able to breathe fire. He knew that everyone has something special that makes them unique, and he had found his own talent. Now, whenever someone in the forest needs cheering up, they know they can count on Eric and his magical bubbles. And so, Eric learned that being different isn’t a bad thing—it’s something wonderful that deserves to be celebrated.
